  • 16 ozGarbanzo Beans
  • 1/4 cupLiquid From The Garbanzo Beans
  • 1Lemon
  • 1Avocado
  • 1/4Fresh Cilantro
  • 1Jalapeno
  • 1/4 tspGarlic (Crushed)
  • 2 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1/2 tspSalt

  1. 1

    Strain garbanzo beans and set aside the liquid

  2. 2

    Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor

  3. 3

    Add the 1/4 cup of garbanzo bean liquid

  4. 4

    Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until it's mixed thoroughly and smooth
