Ingredients

  1. 16 ozGarbanzo Beans
  2. 1/4 cupLiquid From The Garbanzo Beans
  3. 1Lemon
  4. 1Avocado
  5. 1/4Fresh Cilantro
  6. 1Jalapeno
  7. 1/4 tspGarlic (Crushed)
  8. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  9. 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Strain garbanzo beans and set aside the liquid

  2. 2

    Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor

  3. 3

    Add the 1/4 cup of garbanzo bean liquid

  4. 4

    Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until it's mixed thoroughly and smooth
