  • 1cucumber
  • 1eggplant
  • 2-3Myoga
  • 2-3Shiso leaves
  • 2-3green onion
  • 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder
  • 2 tablespoonwater
  • Sesame

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables very thin.
