  • oil for frying
  • For chasni;
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • for rabri;
  • 1/2 kgfull cream milk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 droprose water
  • 1 tspgreen cardamom powder
  • kesar for colour
  • chopped dryfruits

  1. 1

    Sbse phle milk ko boil hone rakhe.low flame pr boiled hone de.malai ko side hatate jye.

  2. 2

    Kuch der pakne ke baad usme sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits add karein.or thoda thick hone tk pakaye.kesar mix milk add karein.

    Mango pyuri ko thick hone tak low flame per pakaye.

    Jb thick hone lge usko mixing bowl me nikal le.

    Thoda thanda hone per usme milk powder,maida mix kr smooth dough ready karein.

  7. 7

    Chote chote gole banakr deep fry karein.

  8. 8

    Chasni me dip karein.
