Gulab Jamun is one of my favorite sweet dish. Here'se a simple, easy and healthy recipe to make Gulab Jamun. It tastes very similar to the original. A gluten free Gulab Jamun with protein rich Tofu. Guilt free too.

Steps

Blend everything given under "to Blend."

Add sugar and water and boil for 5 min. To a syrup consistency. Add a few drops of lemon juice to prevent crystallization.

Grease your hands with little oil and With little dry rice flour make small balls from the blended mix

Heat oil and fry them in low medium heat till crisp on the outside and well cooked.

Soak it in sugar syrup for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes enjoy Yummy, Healthy, protein rich, gluten free Gulab Jamuns.
