I have got this recepie when I was living at the island in Carribean sea. I love the taste of fresh lemon and coriander.I recommend to leave it in the fridge for a while if possible about half a day then taste even better!

Chopped well all vegetables.especially pepper, onion and coriander.

Grind garic.

All mixed together with salt a bit and plenty of fresh lemon juice in a contena.

Lid or rapped on that contena and leave in the fridge more than 1 hour.

Served with tortia chips,chili beans,meat,fish,green salada anything is fine!
