Mix well potatoes(boiled and mashed),green chillies(chopped),cornflour 1/4 cup,salt and pepper.

Put some oil on your palm..take small ball sized potato piece..keep on your palm and press to thin.

Take one teaspoon cheese, keep it in the centre of pressed potato piece.

Softly join all corners to create a small potato ball.

Make all balls in the same way..Dip one ball in the cornflour then dip in beaten egg.

Do the same with all balls before putting in oil.

Heat oil(low heat) in a pan and place potato balls one by one.

Fry on low heat,turn them when fried from one side.

Serve with ketch up or sauce.
