Steps

Wash karela. Remove its peels. Cut it from center. Now cut pieces. Add salt & keep it for 1-2 hours... Cut potatoes in one inch pieces.

Heat oil in Kadhai. Add karela. Saute it until light brown. Transfer it into dish.

Now in same Kadhai saute potatoes until light brown or cooked on medium flame. Transfer it in karela dish

Now add some oil in same Kadhai. Add chopped onions. Saute well. Once it translucent add chopped tomatoes & green chillies. Saute it until tomatoes will be soft.

Add karela & potatoes. Saute all. Now add all spices. Cover the lid. Cook it on slow flame for 4-5 minutes. Add jaggery & mango powder. Saute well for 2-3 minutes. When jaggery mixed-up in karela. Turn off gas.

Serve with roti or parantha.
