Ingredients

  1. Halfgrated coconut
  2. 7-8red chillies
  3. 1potato
  4. 100 gramscauliflower
  5. 100 gmsbottleguard
  6. 1tomato
  7. 4-5sambhar onions
  8. 100 gmsbeans
  9. leavesCurry
  10. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  11. 1 spoonsambhar powder
  12. 1 spoonchilli powder
  13. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  14. 7-8 piecesgarlic
  15. Pinchasafetida
  16. Salt
  17. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop all the vegetables

  2. 2

    In the mixer grind red chillies and coconut with a little bit of water make a thick paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds, garlic, asafetida, curry leaves and onions

  4. 4

    Once sautéed add potatoes to it

  5. 5

    Once the potatoes are cooked add other vegetables

  6. 6

    Add sambhar powder, turmeric, chilli powder and salt to it

  7. 7

    Add the grinded paste to it add water and let it boil

  8. 8

    Once all the vegetables are cooked switch off the flame and serve it with hot rice
