Ingredients

  • For Layering
  • 250 gms Peas
  • 5 tspCurd
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3Medium - Onions
  • 5 tsp Garam Masala Power
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • According to taste - Salt
  • 5 tbsp Refine oil
  • 1/2 kg Basmati Rice
  • 5Cloves
  • 5Green Cardamoms
  • 1 stick Cinnamons
  • 2-3 Bay Leaves
  • 2 tsp Milk
  • 2 dropsOrange Food Color

Steps

  1. 1

    Hum basmati rice ko 1 hour ke liye pani me soak kar ke rakhenge.

    After one hour hum ek heavy bottom patile me oil dalenge or sare sukhe garam masale daal denge. Jab garam masale crackle hone lage tab isme pani daal de itna ki hum basmati rice ko boil kar ke extra pani nikal sake. Pani me thoda salt bhi daal denge jisse rice me bhi thoda salt ka taste aa jaye.

    Jab pani boil ho jaye usme rice daal ke semi cook kar le. Ab rice to kisi badi channi me chann ke pani alg kar le.

    Ab ek pan me oil daalenge or usme ginger garlic ka paste daal ke saute karenge. Ab onions ka paste daal ke golden brown hone tak fry karenge.

    Jab onions fry ho jaye tab usme sare masale add kar lenge or use bhi achchi traha se fry kar lenge. Ab usme curd daalenge or use achchi traha se fry kar lenge. Ab hum Matar add karenge or halka sa pani daal ke pan ki lid laga denge or matar ko galne tak cook kar lenge.

    Jab matar cook ho jaye. Tab usi heavy bottom patile me sabse pahle matar ka jo oil hai wo daal denge. Ab usme rice ki ek layer laga lenge or fir matar ke masale ki ek layer laga lenge.

  7. 7

    Aisi hum 2 layer laga lenge. Layer lagane se pahle hum 2tbsp rice pahle se hi nikal ke alg rakh lenge. Ab ek bowl me milk lenge or usme orange food color daal ke usme alg rakhe rice mix kar lenge.

  8. 8

    Sabse last me white rice ki layer laga lene ke baad hum usme ye color wali rice ki layer laga lenge.Ab lid ko close kar ke use aate se seal kar denge or use dum karne ke liye gas par rakh denge.

    Jab rice dum ho jaye to use garam serve karenge...
