Steps

Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf.

Add the chopped onion, ginger garlic past to it and stir unless gains a slightly light brown tinge.

Add all masala to it and stir for a few minutes. Add chopped tomato and mix well.

Put potatoes, 1tsp salt and mix properly. Add water and closed the lid of pressure cooker and till you get 7to8 whistle.one the steam is out open the cooker and if Chana aloo is cooked.

Now add the chopped coriander levels and serve hot.
