Place onions in a sufuria. Add cooking oil and stir for a minute

When they turn slightly brown add tomatoes and stir as the they soften then crash them.

Add greengrams as you stir. Add curry powder and royco stirred in 1 and 1/2 cups water.

Add salt and the potatoes and cover as the potatoes cook.

Keep checking to make sure the greengrams don't burn at the bottom add water if necessary

Turn off heat and serve when ready
