Steps

  1. 1

Combine angel hair with marinara sauce. Add Italian seasoning, stir well.

  2. 2

Brush oil or butter to a casserole dish. (I used a silicone mold, so I skip this step)

  3. 3

Pour angel hair mixture into a mold of your choice.

  4. 4

Whisk the eggs with a fork.

  5. 5

Pour the eggs into the mold. Top with grated mozzarella and parsley flakes.

  6. 6

Bake 175 Celcius degrees for about 30 minutes.

  7. 7

You can eat it right away, or wait until it cools.
