Cooking Instructions

Seperate the yolks from eggs.

Add cheese to the whites and beat
- 3
Cook whites, mix it in the pan as if you were doing scamble. Keep whites in 1 piece.

When almost cooked place yolks on top cook for a few minutes.
- 6
Season with salt, pepper, parsley and serve
Love cooking for family and friends. I'm not a chef, however I have been cooking at home around 18 years and always learning new things everyday. I work in the catering industry and I have picked up a lot of techniques and ideas from excellent chefs.
