Mash a banana in a bowl

Add crushed ginger

Add milk baking powder and sugar then mix together

Add wheat flour then use your hand to knead

Continue kneading for around 10 minutes until soft

Add cooking oil then continue kneading the dough for another five minutes

Cover it with a lead for another 30 minutes

Heat cooking oil into a cooking pan

Cut the dough into 3 portions then spread flour on each dough

Sprinkle some flour on a clear space then take one dough then roll into a fine round circle

Use a knife to cut them into tiny portions

Take several portions one by of then add in the moderately hot cooking oil in a pan

Use a use a spoon to change ensuring both sides are equally brown in color

Remove them from the pan then put them in a bowl. Repeat with rest of the remaining dough using the same procedure.

Serve with hot coffe or tea.
