Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1whole slightly boiled chicken -broiler
  • 3eggs
  • 500 gbreadcrumbs
  • 2 cupsbaking flour
  • 1 litreoil for frying
  • mixed spices
  • 2 tbsroyco
  • salt
  • finely grated carrots (2)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl break the eggs add salt, mixed spices royco, carrots and 1cup baking flour

  2. 2

    Stir the mixture until fine. Place the chicken in the bowl to marinate as you place oil in a pan for it to heat up

  3. 3

    Spread aluminium foil in a large surface surface and pour breadcrumbs on it. Spread 1 cup baking flour on the side.

  4. 4

    Remove the chicken and roll them on the flour and then on the breadcrumbs.

  5. 5

    Start placing in the frying pan. you can do 4 or5 at go if the pan is large enough.

  6. 6

    Let the chicken fry until they turn brown.

  7. 7

    Line a sufuria with crisp paper and start removing the chicken as you place other pieces

  8. 8

    When you finish serve while hot.
