Take a jug of water

Cut the slices of apple and add into water

Put out pomegranate seeds and add into water

Add cinnamon stick also in water

Add one teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Let it cool in fridge for 3-4 hour then take it 3-4 times in a day consume it 12 hours

Special note--- make it with different types of fruits vegetables and spices
