  • 1 bunchkales
  • 1onion
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1/2 kgboiled maize and beans
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 2royco cube

    Chop or dice onions,kales and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Put oil in a sufuria and add onions fry to slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash.

  4. 4

    Put boiled maize and beans stir.

  5. 5

    Add diced kales and mix.

  6. 6

    Add salt and royco stir.

  7. 7

    Add water and let it cook.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
