Ingredients

1 servings
  1. 3bread slices (edges removed)
  2. 1carrot grated
  3. 2cherry tomatoes cut into 2 pieces
  4. 1 tspcheese spread (flavoured)
  5. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  6. slicesfew cucumber
  7. leavesfew lettuce
  8. leavesfew mint

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread cheese over a slice of bread. arrearage cucumber slices on it... then put anather slice of bread...

  2. 2

    Spread mayonnaise then spread grated carrot and lettuce leaves..

  3. 3

    Lastly cover it with bread slice.

  4. 4

    Now cut this sandwich into 4 pieces

  5. 5

    Garnish with tomato and mint leaf.
