  • 3eggs
  • 100 gflour
  • 150 ggreen beans
  • 2 tspoil
  • Pinchsalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the green beans on the hob so that they are soft.

    Beat the eggs and add the flour slowly

    Add the salt and pepper and mix in the green beans

    Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the batter making sure to turn over halfway until it is fully cooked the way through enjoy 😊
