Ingredients

  • 100 gflour
  • 100 gwhole meal flour
  • 150 mlsour milk
  • 50 mloil
  • 2 pcseggs
  • baking powder 1teaspoon/2.5g
  • 1/4 teaspoonbicarbonate of soda
  • 100 gsugar
  • pinchsalt

Steps

18-20mins
  1. 1

    In a large bowl,combine flour,sugar,baking powder,bicarbonate and salt

  2. 2

    In a small bowl,beat eggs,milk and oil

  3. 3

    Stir-in the dry ingredients until moistened

  4. 4

    Fill greased or paper lined muffins cups

  5. 5

    Bake in temperature of 200'c

  6. 6

    Bake between 18-20 mins

  7. 7

    Serve when it cools with tea
