Besan me salt,oil,kasoori metthi,red chilli,chopped green chilli mix kar thoda tight dough ready karein.

Gatto ko steam karein.

Steam hone ke baad pieces me cut karein.

Gravy ke liye grinder me tomato, onion,garlic and ginger grind kar paste bana le.

Kadai me ghee daalkr zeera dal kar crakle karein,ab paste ko add kar ache se bhun le.

Sbhi dry masale mix karein..jab masala oil chod de tb thoda pani add karein.

Boil aane per gatte daal kar cover kar 5-7 minutes tak pakaye.

Fresh cream se garnish karein.
