4 cupsflour
4 tspbaking powder
4 tspbicarbonate of soda
4 tspcinnamon
1 1/2 cupssugar
6eggs
2 cupsoil
10 cupsgrated carrots

Pour oil and sugar stir until sugar is dissolved

Add eggs stir for 2 minutes then add flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon stir for 5 minutes

Then add carrot stir untill soft

Pour in your baking tin then bake for 45 minutes
