Ingredients

40 minutes
5 people
  • 50 mlcooking oil
  • 3 glassesrice
  • 1full garlic
  • 1/2a ginger
  • 2onions
  • 2 spoonspilau masala

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend ginger and garlic for 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Cut onions and place in a sufuria and add some cook oil.let it cook till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Pour Blend ginger and garlic into the sufuria and add stir for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add pilau masala and salt to taste continue stirring. And add 6 glasses of water. And let it boil

  5. 5

    Add rice to it stir then cover to cook for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Uncover and check using a fork by porking it inside.

  7. 7

    Serve while hot with any stew..
