Ingredients

  • 3 cupsuji(semolina)
  • 2 cupcurd
  • 1 spoonbaking powder
  • To tastesalt
  • Chutney ingredients
  • 1coconut
  • 1 cupcurd
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 spoonraie
  • 12,15kadi patta
  • 7sabut lal mirch
  • Rifiend oil
  • Red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take suji in a bowl & mix 1 spoon baking powder, curd mix it

  2. 2

    Wait for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Take idli stand & put the oil in every hole

  4. 4

    Add the mixture in the every hole & steam for 10 ministes

  5. 5

    Take the in a plate add the curry patta, riea, sabut lal mirch & to the add the tadka

  6. 6

    Coconut chutney

  7. 7

    Take a 1 coconut, red chilli powder, salt & grander in a chutney with help of till water

  8. 8

    Add the tadka, raie, kadi patta, sabut lal mirch in a chutney

  9. 9

    Now ready to eat fried idli with coconut chutney
