Ingredients

2 servings

1/4a medium size cabbage
10 mlsoil
1 tbspoil
Salt
2tomatoes sliced
1onion diced

Steps

1

Put oil in sufuria. Add in the diced onions and fry until lightly brown.

Add in tomatoes, stir. Add in the cabbage. Stir then cover.

Add salt and some water then cover and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
4

Serve with Ugali.
