Take a kadhai add ghee.crush vermiclli.saute vermiclli in ghee for 2 minutes on a medium flames. Remove the rosted vermiclli.now in the some pan add few drop of ghee saute dry dates and nuts for 2 minutes.

Add milk along with nuts. Add sugar powder, cardamom power and vermiclli.simmer until vermiclli absorbs all milk and become dry.Serve hot or chilled.
