Cooked githeri (1 kg both maize and beans)
A fewIrish potatoes
Salt
Vegetable cooking oil preferably liquid
A fewtomatoes

Chop the Irish potatoes and put aside.

Because you had already boiled the githeri, add oil in a cooking pot and then follow with tomatoes

Stir well then add githeri and potatoes.

Add salt to the mixture and cover to cook for 30 minutes. Serve
