Firstly in a cooker heat oil.add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, and cumin seeds till they turn armatic.also add onion and ginger garlic paste saute till it turns golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and saute till start releasing oil.add all the spices and salt. Saute for a few minutes.

Then add soaked boiled chole, 2cup water and give a good mix.and chek the seasonings. Mak to be slightly salty as chole will absorb while cooking.

Pressure cook for 8-9 whistle on a medium flames. Allow the pressure to release by itself befor opening cooker.

Garnish with chopped coriander levels and serve hot roti,rice and bhatura.
