Take a large bowl add sugar,green cardamom,coconut powder and ghee till well mixed in the refined flour.

Then add water to make a fairly stiff dough.

Divide into balls and roll out.

Now make the sesame seeds stick at the top of each balls with the help of water.

Deep fry the khajoor in hot oil till golden brown.

Drain and serve
