Steps

Cut dry fish meat into large pieces and clean/rinse it with hot H2o-water

Cut onions into diced-cubes and pour in sufuria then add oil,stir it until it turned to golden brown

Cut tomato in pieces and pour it again in onions sufuria and stir

Pour dry fish meat into sufuria and cover it to simmer under high temperature for 15 -20 minutes,add water a bit to cook

Serve it with any other food like, chapati,akop,bread and akop
