  • 140 gwashed long grain rice
  • Halfa teaspoon of saffron strands

    Boil a litre of water

  2. 2

    Just before the water boils drop in the saffron

  3. 3

    Add the rice when the water boils, cover and boil for 18 minutes

  4. 4

    Drain and serve
