Ingredients

  • 250 gmcoconut powder
  • 100 gmkhoya or mawa
  • 100 gmSugar powder
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tspDesi Ghee
  • 1 tspPista chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Grease one dish with Ghee. Keep aise

  2. 2

    Heat one Kadhai. Add Ghee. Roast Mawa for 1 minute. Add coconut /kopra powder. Mix well.

    Add sugar & cardamom powder. Saute well

    Mix all. Turn off gas.

  5. 5

    Transfer it into greased dish.

    Garnish with pistachio. Cut pieces. Coconut fudge is ready
