2 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
2eggs
1 TBSmilk
1 TBSyeast
pinchsalt
cooking oil for frying
1 spoonbutter

Steps

Mix yeast and a spoon of sugar in warm water

Leave for 10 minutes to rise

Add all ingredients in a bowl into a smooth dough
4

Allow to rise for 20 minutes

Roll out and cut with doughnut cutter allow to rise another 10 minutes fry in hot oil.
6

Serve with your favourite drink
