1onion, chopped
1small green pepper, chopped
3small tomatoes, chopped
2small potatoes, chopped
2 tbsoil
pinchmixed herbs
1 clovegarlic, chopped
1 tspmeat spice
1 cubebeef stock

Wash well the beef and add garlic mix herbs and meat spice

Let it cook in a low temperature when its half done add potatoes, green pepper, oil and tomatoes

Add beef stock let it cook until its soft
