Use only egg white. I ate it first to my visit Guangzhou... I don't remember the name but it's sort of chicken chilli with egg only thing is it tastes better with some Indian variations than original

Boil eggs and chop it into 4 pieces. Remove yellow part. If you like you can use it.

Heat oil. Add ginger garlic and chilli in it. Once it is fried add egg white.

Start addin all sauces one by one. Be careful to not to break egg white.

In small bowl add corn flour and make paste of if by adding water. Add this paste in pan and little more water. Add vegetables if you like at this stage i have added green capsicum and add salt and pepper. Mix it.

Serve it hot. Like us indians garnish it with coriander.
