Ingredients

  1. to tasteSalt
  2. Garam masala
  3. Chicken
  4. Soy souce
  5. Royco
  6. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the chicken into chunks

  2. 2

    Wash and drain the water

  3. 3

    Mix the ingredients in the bowl(marinate) mix well and add it on top of the chicken then leave it for 3 min

  4. 4

    Heat the oven

  5. 5

    Pour the marinated chicken in the pan and place t in the oven1

  6. 6

    When oil is hot take out the chicken and braize

  7. 7

    Repeat this until chicken is golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve hot
