Chop bacon and saute. Drain.

Add vinegar and bring to a boil.

Mix milk and eggs together, then stir in slowly to bacon/vinegar.

Stir constantly until bubbles appear.

In a separate pot shred lettuce and green onions.

Pour mixture over lettuce/onions and stir.

Add an appropriate amount on top of a slice of toast and enjoy.

For smaller groups use one head of lettuce and one bunch of green onions. Freeze half of mixture for a later day.
