Preheat oven to 375 degees F.

Pat roast dry with a paper towel.

Salt & pepper to taste.

Heat Olive Oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Sear meat on all sides until brown. about 10 minutes total.

Remove from heat.

Rub pork with finely chopped fresh rosemary.

Wrap with bacon, overlapping strips slightly.

Tie the roast with string.

Roast in oven until internal temperature is 145°F. 35-40 minutes.

Remove pork from oven & place on a platter.

Place roasting pan on stove over low heat.

Add the wine and deglaze the pan, stirring with wooden spoon to scrape up any bits of pork from pan bottom.

Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a small saucepan.

Skim off fat.

Reheat suace if necessary.
