Peel the eggplant and cut into pices.

Heat oil in a pan and add eggplant in oil deep fried till golden brown.

Add curd in a mixing bowl mix well add salt,black salt,chat masala mix well add fried eggplant.

Heat oil in a small pan add mustard seeds,green chilli and curry leaves when sprinkle add in curd.

Serve it cool.
