Peach Jam
Homemade jam: easy to make :)
Steps

Add peaches, sugar and lemon juice to a pot, mix them and set aside for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, put on the stove at high heat and continue stir until boiling then sprinkle pectin slowly into the pot, and stir continuously until combined together.

Keep stirring until the mixture becomes soft and combined and thickens as the water content boils off. Turn off the heat.

Prepare a jar : boil a jar and lid in the water bath to clean and sterilize the jar before use.

Pour the jam into the jar until it is about 1/4" from the top and screw the lid on securely. Done.
