Now cool hone par usme curd or lemon use add krenge and stir kar denge.curd add kerne par milk fat jayega.

Tab ham fte huye milk ko stainer par muslin cloth rekh kar usme fate huye milk ko stain kar lenge.

Now ab chene ko cool water dal kar wash kar lenge jisse uski sourness nahi rhegi and soft paneer bnega.ab ham cloth ko 4 sides se pekdh kar nicelly sqeez kar denge.

And usper heavy wait rekh denge. For 1 hour.
