Ingredients

  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 2 stickof butter
  • 2 can29 oz. sweet potatoes
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/4 cupbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    combine ingredients, except brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter, and place in greased baking dish (9x13)

  2. 2

    combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter and put on top of potato mixture

  3. 3

    bake at 350°F for 1 hour (or cook for 1/2 an hour, refrigerate, then cook another 1/2 hour before serving)
