Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1cucumber
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1 bunchgreen onions
  • 1 boxcherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbspdill relish
  • 1 packagesSkinner garden style twirls (pasta)
  • 1 cupmayo
  • 1 ozmustard
  • 1/4 cupfat free italian dressing
  • 1/2 dozeneggs

  1. 1

    boil the tri colored pasta as directed on packaging. drain and set aside in large bowl.

  2. 2

    boil eggs for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are solid. rinse in cold water, crack shell all over and peel. chop eggs and add to pasta.

  3. 3

    peel cucumber and chop into smal pieces.

  4. 4

    chop and remove seeds from red and green bell pepper then add to bowl of pasta.

  5. 5

    finely chop green onions and add to pasta.

  6. 6

    add relish, mayo, mustard, italian dressing, and mix all ingredients together thoroughly in the large bowl.

  7. 7

    cover and place in the fridge and let cool. after waiting 30 minutes to an hour, serve.

  8. 8

    if desired, sautee bell peppers until soft before adding to pasta.
