6 cupsflour
6bananas
6 tspbaking powder
3 teaspoonsbicarbonate of soda
5 cupswater or until well mixed
2 teaspoonsvanilla essence
2 cupssugar
4eggs
250 gbutter
1 cupoil

In a big bowl cream the sugar with butter and oil add the eggs one by one

Mash banana in separate bowl and add it to the bowl

Add all dry ingredients mix it with water mix until combined

Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C.
