Mix dahi with sugar and keep it in fridge

Mash boiled potato and pinch of salt and chat masala and keep it aside

Soak imli with water. Add gud in that water with tsp of red chilli powder and pinch of salt mix it and sieve it.

Now put around tablespoon of potato in each puri.

Add green chutney and imli chutney in it. Add sweetened dahi.

Garnish it with sev, anar and coriander and pinch of chat masala and eat it immidiately....
