place wings in a fry pan and add enough water to half cover the wings and cook,covered for 15-20mins ,drain and cool . mix together the vinegar ,soy sauce ,honey and treacle -mix well . dip the wings several times into the mixture,then stand on a cake cooker to dry . dip the wings several times more into the mixture allowing them to dry each time . now mix flour and salt together and rub into the wings . heat a fry pan with about 5mm me oil and fry the wings for about 4-5mins on each side until crisp . drain on absorbent paper .
