Ingredients

  • 600 gchicken
  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • cooking oil
  • salt
  • 2large potatoes
  • 1large onion

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut chicken into pieces

  2. 2

    Boil until tender 15 mins

  3. 3

    Prepare onion and tomato

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry onion until golden brown

  5. 5

    Add salt and tomatoes and let cook

  6. 6

    Add chicken and stir.cover for about 3-4minutes

  7. 7

    Add spinach and stir

  8. 8

    Add a little water and bring to boil.

  9. 9

    Serve
