1 tbspolive oil
2 clovegarlic, sliced
1 lbbroccoli florets
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 cupwater

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high.

Saute garlic until golden.

Add broccoli and salt; toss with oil.

Pour in water and cover; cook 45 seconds.
5

Uncover; stir and cook until broccoli is heated through but still crisp. 3 - 5 minutes.
