Ingredients

  • 1 canLibby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 2/3 cup(5 fl oz) Evaporated Milk
  • 2 largeEggs
  • 1 boxYellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cupChopped Nuts of your choice
  • 1 1/2 blockButter or Margarine, melted

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Lightly grease 13x9 pan

  3. 3

    Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs

  4. 4

    Pour pumpkin mixture into pan

  5. 5

    Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of pumpkin mixture

  6. 6

    Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over dry cake mix

  7. 7

    Pour melted butter/margarine evenly over nuts and dry cake mix

  8. 8

    Bake at 350° for 45-50 min
