  • Cookie Batter
  • 1/3 cupcanola oil
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1and a half cups pumpkin
  • 1Egg
  • 1 3/4 cupflour
  • 4 tspBaking powder
  • 1 cupChocolate chips
  • 1 cupWalnuts
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1and a half teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

    Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Place on cooling rack to cool, then serve.
